Purpose of processing
This site provides equipment information and accepts enquiries; it does not take online payments. Your name, phone, address or city, voluntarily shared coordinates, selected equipment, comments and attachments are used to respond, select equipment, prepare a quote and discuss supply or installation. We record the submission time and the version of the data-processing notice, or a consent choice where the form includes one. Please do not attach unnecessary personal documents.
Consent and access
Checkout shows a notice before the submit button explaining that the details are used to process your order; there is no separate checkbox. Other forms that include a consent checkbox record that choice separately. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising. Authorised staff access enquiries through a protected administration panel. The main site database is hosted in Uzbekistan.
Retention
The owner manually deletes enquiries from the working database at least every 28 days. Where a contract is concluded, necessary records may be kept separately for contractual and legal obligations. Backups are used only for recovery and copies older than 7 days are removed. Deleted working records may remain in backups for up to 7 additional days.
Your rights
To request information, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent, email Welkinair1@gmail.com with the contact used in your enquiry and your request. Withdrawal does not affect processing required by law or an existing contract.
Browser storage and analytics
Browser storage supports the cart, comparison, language and currency. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika automatically collect visit and action data to measure site and advertising performance and may use cookies. A previously saved analytics refusal remains in effect. The counters also stay disabled when the browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Names, phone numbers, addresses, comments and enquiry attachments are not sent to analytics. Session recording and automatic form-content collection are disabled. To connect enquiries to advertising, the site keeps the referral source and advertising identifiers in browser storage for up to 90 days and with the enquiry. Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive an opaque enquiry ID, an advertising click ID, the confirmation time and outcome of an enquiry or sale, and its value and currency. Names and contact details are not included. An analytics refusal or Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signal disables collection of advertising identifiers for new enquiries. Analytics services may process data outside Uzbekistan.
External services
Opening the location picker loads OpenStreetMap maps. Confirmed coordinates are saved with the order and sent to the manager through Telegram. Telegram, email and map links open external services governed by their own data terms. You can also leave an enquiry on this site or call us.
