From adjusting one room to managing an entire building.

Control the climate on your way home. Set up rooms and schedules in the Hi-Mit app.
Requires compatible equipment, a Hi-Mit II adapter and internet access. Supports two-level user permissions and online diagnostics; energy monitoring requires meters. Adapter: 91 × 117 × 31 mm, 12 V supply, 2.4 W consumption. Catalog: pages 178–179.

Every room on one touchscreen. Convenient for managing a hotel, office or large home.
Supports 14 languages including Russian, local and web control, email fault notifications, and OTA and USB updates. Size: 170 × 252 × 37 mm. Energy-monitoring functions depend on the configuration. Catalog: pages 174–175.

Computer-based control: rooms on a floor plan, operating history and system monitoring.
One adapter connects up to 160 indoor units. Includes user permissions, temperature limits, timers and a fault log. Energy metering and allocation require suitable adapters and meters. Catalog: pages 180–181.
BACnet, Modbus and KNX gateways connect compatible equipment to building management. We coordinate capabilities with your designer.
The gateway sends commands and equipment status to the building management system: on/off, mode, temperature, fan speed and faults. BACnet, Modbus or KNX is selected for the automation project; connection capacity depends on the gateway.
We select the protocol, gateway capacity and required functions together with the automation designer. Catalog: pages 184–185.
Select the features you need. We will include them in your enquiry and check compatibility.
ComfortDetects occupant activity and helps manage comfort without constant manual adjustments.
A separate sensor mounts on the wall or ceiling. The system can switch the unit off when the room is empty and adjust temperature and airflow as activity changes.
Meeting rooms, offices and other spaces used intermittently.
Listed for all indoor unit types in the catalog. Functions and wiring are checked for the selected configuration. Sold as a separate option.
Catalog pages 33, 187
ComfortFits into the cassette panel and adjusts air delivery according to occupancy.
Switches the unit on or off as people arrive or leave. Supports airflow toward or away from occupants and temperature adjustment based on occupancy.
Offices and public spaces with cassette units.
Four-way cassettes and mini-cassettes use different sensors. Selected together with a compatible panel.
Catalog pages 33, 187
ComfortAdds humidity monitoring and automatic dehumidification.
Provides humidity readings to the system. The catalog specifies a 35–90% setting range for compatible configurations. This is a dehumidification function; the sensor itself does not humidify the air.
Spaces where controlling humidity is as important as temperature.
Listed for four-way cassettes, mini-cassettes, console, ceiling ducted and floor units. Function availability depends on the configuration.
Catalog pages 37, 187
AirFiltration matched to the indoor unit and ventilation requirements.
The catalog includes G4 cassette filters, a G1 filter for specified ducted and fresh-air models, and separate filter boxes with a G4 + F7 + F9 combination.
Projects with additional supply-air filtration requirements.
Filters are not universal. We check fitting dimensions and allowable air-path resistance. G1/G4/F7/F9 are the designations used in the catalog.
Catalog pages 187
AirConnects an outdoor air supply to a compatible cassette.
The adapter connects the fresh-air duct to the indoor unit. Fresh-air volume and supply-system components are determined by the ventilation design.
Spaces that need an organized fresh-air supply alongside air conditioning.
Listed for four-way cassettes and mini-cassettes. The adapter is not a fan or a complete fresh-air handling unit.
Catalog pages 37, 187
AirAn optional kit for the indoor units specified in the catalog.
The catalog lists two kit variants with a 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz power supply. Selection depends on the indoor unit type.
When selecting additional air-treatment functions for a compatible system.
Cassette and ducted/console units use different kits. Cleaning performance and components must be confirmed from the selected product documentation.
Catalog pages 188
InstallationPumps condensate away when gravity drainage is unsuitable.
The pump forms part of the condensate drainage system. Selection depends on the indoor unit, lift height and drain-pipe route.
Concealed installations and spaces where the required drainage slope cannot be provided.
The catalog lists 220–240 V and 208–230 V pumps. One variant is intended for all indoor unit types except wall-mounted units; the others have specific compatibility lists.
Catalog pages 188
AirA decorative panel with louvers for distributing air in different directions.
The panel completes a slim ducted unit installation. Louvers control airflow direction, and the panel includes a temperature and humidity display.
Interiors with a concealed ducted unit where a neat visible panel is required.
The table specifies slim AC/DC ducted units. Catalog panel sizes are 180 × 740 × 70, 180 × 950 × 70 and 180 × 1220 × 70 mm. Selection must match the model.
Catalog pages 144, 188
ProtectionSensor, detector and shut-off unit for R32 refrigerant systems.
The catalog lists separate refrigerant detection and shut-off components. They are selected as part of the system safety design.
When designing R32 systems with specified leak monitoring.
For the specified R32 systems only. Components, placement and operation are determined by the project and equipment documentation.
Catalog pages 187
ProtectionProtective components for an outdoor unit installed in an exposed location.
The kit includes components for the cabinets specified in the catalog. Top, side, front and rear parts are sized to the outdoor unit.
Open sites and roofs where the design calls for additional equipment protection.
The catalog labels this section “for the S5 series” and provides a specific model list. An engineer confirms suitability for the selected series.
Catalog pages 188Selected with the equipment according to capacity, pipe layout and series requirements. These components are included in the project’s engineering design.
Fresh air units, heat recovery ventilation and AHU connection kits are selected as part of the ventilation design.
Options are not necessarily standard equipment. Pricing and availability of selected components are available on request.

The ducted unit distributes cooled air through ducts and grilles.
With the appropriate configuration, heat recovered from cooling rooms is used to produce hot water.
Only for appropriate Heat Recovery systems with additional equipment. This is not a standard feature of every VRF series.
